How do I change my communications preferences?

You can subscribe and unsubscribe to emails and texts from EX. Here's how:

Subscribe to emails

1. Go to your profile settings.
2. Check the box that says "I consent for BecomeAnEX to send me email messages to help me quit."
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".

Subscribe to texts

1. Go to your profile settings.
2. Check the box that says "I consent for BecomeAnEX to send me text messages to help me quit."
3. Enter your phone number.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".

Unsubscribe from emails

1. Scroll to the bottom of any email from EX and click "Unsubscribe". This will unsubscribe you from emails from EX.

Unsubscribe from texts

1. Reply STOP to the last text you received from EX. This will unsubscribe you from texts from EX.
